Hey Carsten, in regards to the SHL, Will it work on directx8 generation hardware Eg gforce3 or 4? Or does it require newer hardware? gforce fx etc etc

Sorry, no.

Yes. I use a Gf FX 5600 for my tests, so anything that has a NV3X or newer chip can handle the SHL implementation.
