Ca3DE "combined" prerelease available

Hi all,
good news: I've just uploaded a new Ca3DE prerelease ("Ca3DE daily built") to
http://carsten.ca3de-community.de/Ca3DE_2007-03-14.zip

This release combines the formerly separate "Demo" and "SDK" releases. Compared to the recent February 2007 release, it adds all SDK stuff and a few minor fixes and enhancements that accumulated since then.
I'll keep this file available at the above URL for gathering feed-back for a while, and will then replace the still separate Demo and SDK in the Download section with it.

First bug found: The above file doesn't contain the usual music tracks but one. I've just fixed that so that the next (pre-)release will come with all the tracks we're used to again.
